By working hard to develop a reputation as a quality originator, providing unbeatable customer service and with over 40 years of experience in all types of real estate lending, I have become one of the most successful loan officers in this area.  I specialize in helping my clients target the mortgage that best suits their needs and make myself readily available to work around their schedules.

My staff is highly qualified and our goal is to take care of problems before they happen so that sales are closed smoothly, as scheduled.

Mandy Henry, Loan Officer and my Assistant, is here to help in all phases of the loan process, from application to closing.  She is here to take my calls and see clients if I’m unavailable so any questions you may have can be answered immediately.  Mandy has been with Mortgage Investors for over four years and I’m proud to have her as a member of my MORTGAGE FOURce.

Kay Lezatte, Credit Analyst and Senior Loan Processor, is irreplaceable!  Kay has been with me for 10 years and manages the processing and approval of my loans.  She is instrumental in moving the loan from origination to approval rapidly.  Her ability to underwrite certain loans helps to make my MORTGAGE FOURce unbeatable.

Regina Ceo, Closing Specialist, is the fourth member of my MORTGAGE FOURce.  Regina works closely with the settlement companies to insure timely review of the final settlement figures and prepares closing documents.  Since Regina is here in my office, we can take care of final issues and adjustments quickly should they occur.  Regina has been my closer for five years and is the most experienced closing specialist in our company.
